JustSign

Terms of Service

Last updated: June 4, 2026

Agreement to Terms

By using JustSign ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Description of Services

JustSign is a simple PDF signing service. Account holders upload PDFs, place signature fields, and share a link. Signers open the link, draw or type a signature, and a signed copy of the PDF is stored along with a basic audit trail (signer name, timestamp, IP).

Account Registration

To create or manage forms, you need an account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your credentials secure.

Pricing and Payment

The Service is offered on tiered annual subscriptions with a free tier. Prices and limits are shown on the pricing page. Paid subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each annual term until cancelled. You may cancel at any time through the Settings page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. See the refund policy for the 30-day refund window on paid plans.

Use of Service

  • You may use the Service only for its intended purpose: collecting signatures on documents you have the right to circulate.
  • You may not upload content that is illegal, infringes on others' rights, or attempts to deceive signers.
  • You may not attempt to disrupt the Service or reverse-engineer its operation.

Legal Status of Signatures

The Service captures a typed or drawn signature image and stores an audit trail (signer name, timestamp, IP). It is suitable for routine consent forms (permission slips, waivers, internal acknowledgements). It is not a qualified electronic signature service and does not produce cryptographically signed PDFs (PKCS#7). For documents that require a higher legal standard, use a service designed for that purpose.

Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to the documents you upload. We claim no ownership over your content. The Service itself, including its software and design, is the property of RoundSphere.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RoundSphere will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time via the billing page.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah.
