Refund policy

Try any paid plan for 30 days. If it doesn't earn its keep — for any reason — email [email protected] and we'll refund you in full. No questions, no return-merchandise authorization, no support ticket queue.

How to request a refund

Send a one-line email to [email protected]. Tell us your account email or the org name on the subscription. We typically process refunds the same business day; you'll see them back on your card within a few days, depending on your bank.

What the 30 days covers

The 30-day window applies to every paid plan — Small and Medium alike. It restarts each time you start a new subscription, but does not apply to subsequent annual renewals. If a renewal hits and you forgot to cancel, email us anyway — see below.

Renewals after the first year

Subscriptions renew automatically each year. If a renewal charge takes you by surprise, write to us. Strictly speaking the 30-day refund covers the initial subscription only, but in practice we'd much rather refund you than keep money from someone who didn't want to spend it. We'll work it out.

What we don't refund

If you cancel mid-year, your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for. We don't pro-rate refunds for unused months — but you keep all your data and features through the renewal date.
