Per year. Every price on this page is what you pay for a full year of service. The Small plan ($49) works out to about $4 a month; the Medium plan ($99) is about $8.25 a month.

One person signing one form once. The numbers we publish (20 / 200 / 2,500 a year) are how many signed copies the account can collect in a rolling window.
Anyone who tries to sign your form sees "this form isn't accepting signatures right now." You get one email letting you know. Upgrade and it resumes.
Yes. Cancel from the Billing page and your plan stays active through the period you paid for, then drops back to Free.
Yes — open the Billing portal and switch to a smaller plan. The change takes effect at your next renewal so nothing is interrupted.
