JustSign

How it works

Three steps. Five minutes. Built for the volunteer who has 30 minutes, not 3 hours.

1

Upload your PDF

Drag the form you already use onto the page. JustSign reads it, shows it in your browser, and you drop signature, date, and text fields where they need to go.

2

Share the link

Copy the signing link or download the QR code. Email it, print it on a flyer, or paste it into your group chat. Signers don't need an account — they open the link, fill the fields, draw a signature.

3

Collect signed copies

Every completed form lands in your dashboard. Each signed PDF carries an audit trail (signer, timestamp, IP) stamped on every page. Download what you need; the originals stay safe for as long as your plan keeps them.

What JustSign deliberately doesn't do

The absence of features is the value. We don't bolt on:

If you need any of those, DocuSign exists and is good at them. JustSign does one thing: get a PDF signed and get it back to you.

Common workflows

Scout permission slips

Upload your troop's permission slip, share the link in the parent group chat, and check off names as signatures roll in.

Youth camp packets

Ward youth coordinators send one link covering medical release, photo waiver, and code of conduct — parents sign once and you have everything you need.

Ministering reports

Quarterly check-ins, one form per companionship. Add the QR code to your printed handout and members sign on their phones.

PTA permissions

Field trip releases, photo permissions, fundraiser opt-ins. Send the link with the homeroom blast and the front office doesn't have to chase paper.

Try it now

Sign a sample form yourself. No account required, takes about a minute.
